UK Standard Delivery £4.95 FREE when you spend over £95. Orders placed before 2PM usually dispatched same day but may take 24hours, & may take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
UK Next Day Delivery £7.50 Orders placed before 2PM: 24 hour tracked, we will endeavour to dispatch same day but is not guaranteed and may take 1-2 working days to be delivered
Ireland, Channel Islands & £10.00 Orders placed before 2PM we will endeavour to dispatch same day, it may take 3 days to be delivered.
Isle of Man
International Signed for £15.00 Orders are sent by International signed and can take 3-4 days from dispatch to Western Europe and 5-7 days for Eastern Europe
Delivery To Americas £25.00 International signed for to USA & Canada take up to 7 days from dispatch. Orders to the Rest of the World also International signed for take 10-15 days from dispatch. Please note we do not refund postage costs.

If you find that you are not complete satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for either an exchange or refund via our website only within 10 days of delivery. (We apologise for the inconvenience, but we cannot process returns and exchanges brought online in our stores),
Please note that Sale goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
We aim to issue refunds within 7 days of receipt of returned items, however, please note that it can take up to 10 days for sums to be credited to your account.
Please be aware that we try to be fair with our returns policy, but there are a number of cases when we cannot offer a refund, such as:
- Items are not returned in original packaging with labels still attached and in a sellable condition
- Obvious wear of clothes (clothes must be unworn)
- Damage to items caused by lack of care, such as make-up stains when trying on (please be cautious when trying clothes as make-up can transfer onto fabrics easily)
- Perfume and odour on items
- Neglectful damage such as rips and holes caused by either obvious intent, or lack of care when trying on (please treat all items with care)
Due to hygiene reason we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings.
The returns process is designed to be swift and convenient for our customers. Please advise in writing on the invoice provided the reason for return or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01543 480971 for advice.
We suggest you send your returns back to us using 1st Class Recorded Delivery to enable you to track your parcel. You are responsible for taking reasonable care and for the safe keeping of items until they are received back into our Customer Returns Department. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items or the damage to items when they are in transit back to us.Boutique Eleven
