Whilst every effort will be made by us to deliver to you within the quoted period, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to late delivery.

- We will post your item/s within 2 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your order, but in the event that you are not
you can return your order for within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, please follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your goods.
It is your responsibility to return the item (s). We strongly recommend that you return the goods via recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for goods lost in transit and will not be able to refund on any items that become lost.
If the item is deemed faulty then we will also refund the cost of return postage. All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you. On all returns all tags must still be attached, be in perfect condition, be unused and returned in its original packaging.
